Chest & nasal relief balm

A great balm to ease chest and nasal congestion.

Ingredients
Makes 100g - use our Batch Size Calculator and the percentages provided here to easily adjust the volume of your batch.

Phase A
56g | 56% olive oil
15g | 15% beeswax

Phase B
10g | 10% menthol crystals

Phase C
11g | 11% camphor essential oil
8g | 8% eucalyptus blue gum essential oil

(Camphor essential oil, menthol crystals and eucalyptus blue gum, can all be replaced with 29g | 29% of Breathe well essential oil blend.)

Method

• Gently heat the Phase A ingredients.
• Take off the heat and allow to cool to <40°C
• Add the Phase B and stir until dissolved.
• Add the Phase C and stir until combined.
• Pour into containers.

Important note: The essential oils and menthol used are volatile oils and will reach their flashpoint if heated.
At their flashpoint the oils will flash flame.
SO DON'T HEAT THEM PLEASE.

To use
Rub on congested chest and lightly dab below nostrils.

Note: Because of the high percentage of essential oils in this formula, be cautious when applying to delicate facial skin. Patch tested on less delicate skin suggested before use.
