Carnauba wax (1:3 = 10g wax: 30g liquid oil)

All the combinations that are OK in a tube would be good for a lipstick.
If you are making a lipstick, please be aware that the above waxes are yellow.
This makes colouring the lipstick with micas different from a lipstick made with white beeswax.
In lipsticks, use castor oil or a combination of castor and jojoba oils.
