We have been seeing how trending magnesium oil spray is, & we have an easy-to-follow recipe so simple that anyone can make it at home. Magnesium oil spray is said to offer numerous benefits for external use, including enhanced muscle relaxation & improved sleep quality. Additionally, it can help alleviate symptoms of magnesium deficiency, such as headaches & fatigue, & promote overall skin health by reducing inflammation & dryness.

Note
- For children, or those with sensitive skin, start with a lower percentage of magnesium chloride (e.g., 10%) to avoid discomfort or tingling sensations. Gradually increase the percentage as tolerated. It's recommended to begin with a lower concentration, especially for younger children, & adjust based on individual sensitivity.
