Magnesium oil spray offers numerous benefits for external use, including enhanced muscle relaxation, reduced muscle cramps, & improved sleep quality. By bypassing the digestive system, it allows for direct absorption through the skin, leading to faster relief from sore muscles & joint pain. Additionally, it can help alleviate symptoms of magnesium deficiency, such as headaches & fatigue, & promote overall skin health by reducing inflammation & dryness.

Note
  • This recipe makes 100g of magnesium chloride spray, but you can adjust the amounts to your preference. For children or those with sensitive skin, start with a lower percentage of magnesium chloride (e.g., 10%) to avoid discomfort or tingling sensations. Gradually increase the percentage as tolerated. It's recommended to begin with a lower concentration, especially for younger children, & adjust based on individual sensitivity.
