Vegetal is liquid crystal emulsifier which creates a lamellar, or bilayer, structured emulsions which can help to deliver the active ingredients in your formulation more easily into the skin. It can also help reduce transepidermal water loss as it enables creams and lotions to hold water in contact with skin for longer.
Vegetal works well with a wide pH range, offers excellent stability, ease of use and leaves a lovely skin feel with little soaping effect.
Include in the heated oil phase of your formulation.
