Our fragrance oils are designed for skincare to provide a rich, complex and long lasting scent. Fragrant oils are synthetically compounded and are therefore different from our 100% natural essential oil range.
The NATCO fragrances are formulated with raw materials originating from natural sources or processes:
ESSENTIAL OILS:
Products obtained via hydrodistillation of one single part of the plant. For example: lavender essential oil.
VEGETAL OILS:
Products obtained via pressing or expression of one single part of the plant. For example: lemon oil, almond oil.
COMPOUNDS ISSUED FROM BIOTECHNOLOGY:
Substance obtained through a biotechnological process such as fermentation. For example: vanilline
NATURAL ISOLATES:
Substances obtained via fractionation of an essential oil in order to isolate a component.
For example: eugenol from clove leaf oil
EXTRACTIONS THROUGH CO2 SUPERCRITICAL FLUID:
For example: ginger
NATURAL SOLVENTS: vegetal triglycerides. For example: myritol
