Due to its very low comedogenic rating sunflower oil is non-irritating, highly absorbent, won’t clog pores and is typically suitable for most skin types.
Sunflower oil is rich in vitamins A, D and E. Vitamin E can also help protect skin from the adverse effects of the sun, such as premature ageing and wrinkles and also helping to trap moisture inside skin cells, improving skin hydration and maintaining the integrity of the skin’s outer layer.
The omega 6 fatty acid in sunflower oil helps to maintain the skin’s natural barrier, supporting its ability to retain moisture. It is deeply nourishing and is highly recommended for treating dry, weathered, aged skin.

Our carrier oils come in amber glass bottles with 28mm neck in volumes:
30ml, 50ml, 100ml, 250ml.
Larger volumes must be packaged in plastic as glass becomes too dangerous to ship.
500ml: Amber PET plastic bottle with 28mm neck.
1L and 5L: PET white plastic jerrycans.
