This tiger balm recipe combines nourishing olive oil and beeswax with powerful menthol and a blend of essential oils, including camphor, cajeput, peppermint, clove bud, and cassia. It's perfect for soothing sore muscles and providing a warming, invigorating sensation.

Phase A
42% | 42g Olive Oil
12% | 12g NZ Organic Beeswax
Phase B
10% | 10g Menthol Crystals
Phase C
11% | 11g Camphor Essential Oil
7% | 7g Cajeput Essential Oil
6% | 6g Peppermint Essential Oil
6% | 6g Clove Bud Essential Oil
6% | 6g Cassia Essential Oil
Method
- Gently heat the Phase A ingredients.
- Take off the heat and allow to cool to <40°C
- Add the Phase B and stir until dissolved.
- Add the Phase C and stir until combined.
- Pour into container
