These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our Go Native New Zealand website. By accessing or ordering through our site, you agree to these terms. Please remember that although our website is accessible 24 hours a day, our office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

We are not a shop, so coming around to browse isn't an option. Thank you for understanding as this means we can keep our overheads, therefore our prices, down.

1. Ordering Information

  • No Minimum Order Requirement: You may order any quantity, though savings are available for larger volumes, as well as free shipping on orders over $130 NZD (within New Zealand).
  • Phone Orders: We prefer you to order online but if that is impossible, we do take phone orders between 2 and 4 pm.
  • Order Placement: Orders are to be placed through our website. 
  • GST Tax: Prices include GST. 
  • Order Confirmation and Changes: Once confirmed and paid for, changes to an order will be treated as a new order. Cancellations due to incorrect orders or a change of mind will follow our Returns Policy.
  • All orders need to be signed for: If you want your order left without a signature, or if you have special delivery instructions, please leave a message to this effect in the Message Box on the checkout form.
    Go Native New Zealand Ltd is NOT responsible for orders that are not signed for.
  • Product Use Disclaimer: Products are intended for external use only and should not be ingested or used for health-related claims.
  • Cosmetic Use Only: We are not licensed to sell food. Our products are for cosmetic use only.

2. Products or Services – if applicable

·       We strive to accurately display the colours and images of our products as they appear in our online store, though we cannot guarantee the exact colour display on your monitor.

·       We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict sales of our products or services to any person, geographic location, or jurisdiction, which we may apply on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we may limit quantities of any products or services we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product. Any product or service offer on this site is void where prohibited.

2. Your Account with Us

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to keep this information updated as needed. We rely on this information to provide you with our products and services.

When using our website, you are responsible for safeguarding your account details, including 

  • your password.
  • preventing unauthorized access.
  • You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. 

If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission, please notify us immediately so we can assist in securing your account and updating your password.

3. Payments

  • Payment Types Accepted: Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard), ZIP, and Bank Transfer. 
  • Payment Clearing: Orders will only be shipped once payment is cleared. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to process, depending on the bank.

4. Freight and Delivery

  • Freight Costs: $8.50 New Zealand wide, including rural. Freight is free with orders over $130.
  • International Shipping: We only ship within New Zealand.
  • Order Discrepancies: Any issues with received orders must be reported within three (3) days of receipt. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee.

6. Credit Card Security and SSL Statement

Our website supports Secure Socket Layers (SSL) of 128-bit encryption and greater, ensuring secure handling of your payment details.

We prioritize creating a secure environment for your use of our website. All card payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers and not directly on our site. These providers ensure that your card or bank details are encrypted and securely handled, offering you a safe transaction experience.

  • Promotion Terms: Promotions, including free shipping offers, are specific to New Zealand unless otherwise stated.

  • Product Stability: If products are not stored properly or used with other ingredients, we do not take responsibility for any resulting instability or changes to the product.
  • Disclaimer: Product images are for illustrative purposes, and actual products may vary. Packaging may also change without notice. We reserve the right to amend prices and product details as needed.
  • User Responsibility: Users must ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights for product use, especially if re-labelling or re-branding.

Go Native New Zealand expressly disclaims responsibility as to the ordinary or otherwise use(s). The liability of Go Native New Zealand is limited to the value of the goods and does not include any consequential losses.
  • Go Native New Zealand shall not be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.
  • Go Native New Zealand shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from use of or reliance upon this information.
  • The user of the product is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applying to the use of the products, including intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Go Native New Zealand Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

8. Compliance and Intellectual Property

If you plan to re-label or re-brand our products, please comply with New Zealand labelling laws. We are not liable for losses resulting from recall due to incorrect labelling.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

We may update these terms as required. The latest version will be available on our website, and it’s the user’s responsibility to review them regularly.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
