Make Your Own Deodorant With Beeswax - Recipe That Works
Ingredients
Makes approximately 2 x 75g deodorant tubes
- Phase A
28.5% | 57g Organic evening primrose oil
18% | 36g Coconut oil, virgin, certified organic
12% | 24g Organic Shea butter, wildcrafted
12% | 24g White beeswax
Phase B
15% | 30g Arrowroot powder
9% | 18g Magnesium hydroxide
4% | 8g White kaolin clay
1% | 2g vitamin E
0.5% | 1g For antibacterial properties Tea tree essential oil - Kanuka essential oil or Lavender Essential Oil
Optional: You can choose to add Essential oils
Method - Melt the Phase A ingredients gently in a pot.
- Take off the heat and add the Phase B ingredients.
- Allow to cool slightly so it doesn't leak from the tubes.

Note
If you want to make the deodorant whiter add 2% titanium dioxide, take out of the white clay %.
