Amla oil, certified organic

Organic, cold‑pressed amla oil, derived from the Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis), is a virgin oil that has not undergone refining and therefore retains its distinctive, characteristic aroma. Traditionally used in Indian beauty and wellness practices, this oil has become a popular natural ingredient in skincare and haircare formulations.

Skincare Uses

Nourishment and moisturisation: Amla oil contains essential fatty acids and antioxidants, and is often used in formulations to help nourish and moisturise the skin.

Radiance enhancement: Regular use is said to improve the skin's overall radiance and brightness, contributing to a naturally glowing complexion.

Soothing effects: With its gentle profile, amla oil is thought to have a soothing effect on irritated or sensitive skin.

Haircare Uses

Hair conditioning: Commonly included in hair conditioners, amla oil is said to promote softness and shine for a naturally healthy look.

Scalp nourishment: It is often used in formulations intended to nourish the scalp and maintain a balanced environment for hair growth.

Strengthening support: Amla oil is believed to help strengthen hair strands, reducing breakage and split ends, and is said to support healthy hair growth.

Note: Individual responses may vary, and a patch test is recommended before use, especially for those with known allergies to kiwifruit, strawberry or other fruits, or skin sensitivities.
